Stainless Steel Competition Headers
Performance Welding stainless steel competition headers are built using the finest 18 gauge 304 SS bent on mainly 6” radius tubing, requiring only a few U bends per set of headers bent on a 4” or  5” radius. This wide radius creates a very smooth flowing header for maximum power throughout the entire RPM range. Our flanges are 5/16” or 3/8” thick, laser cut or CNC depending on your application. Included are machine cut, hand fit and finished merge collectors with the throat and the outlet transitions sized for your application. We can build primary tubes as short as 21” for your extreme RPM assault even using this wide radius tubing. Included with Performance Welding stainless steel competition headers are RacePac style EGT weldments and spring mounted collectors.

Competition Tri-Y Headers
Performance Welding Tri-Y competition headers are built using the finest 18 gauge material utilizing all 4” through 6” radius U bends. This wide radius creates a very smooth flowing header for maximum power throughout the entire RPM range. Our flanges are 5/16” or 3/8” thick, laser cut or CNC depending on your application. Included are machine cut, hand finished Two into One merge collectors. The first primary tube length on our Tri-Y competition headers are built as short as possible for your particular application, with the secondary tube length and size of the Tri-Y used to tune to the power band of your competition engine along with the final merge throat size on the last two into one merged collector. Most competition Tri-Y headers use a megaphone on the outlet to increase the power band of the header. We have had good success with the competition Tri-Y header and feel that there are benefits in this type of header if you are looking to extract that last ounce of power and acceleration from you racecar.  Included with Performance Welding Competition Tri-Y headers are Racepac style EGT weldments and spring mounted collectors.
