Stainless Steel Competition Headers
Performance Welding Stainless Steel 4 into 1 Competition Headers are built using the finest Rath Gibson 18 gauge 304L bent on mainly 6” radius tubing, requiring only a few U bends per set of headers bent on a 4” or 5” radius. This wide radius creates a very smooth flowing header for maximum power throughout the entire RPM range. Our flanges are CNC Machined 3/8” thick 1018 Cold Rolled Steel. Included are machine cut, hand fit and finished Merge Collectors with the throat and the outlet transitions sized for your application. We can build primary tubes as short as 21” for your extreme RPM assault even using this wide radius tubing. Our Competition Headers are used by some of the most winning and fastest car in the Country.

Competition Tri-Y Headers
Performance Welding Tri-Y competition headers are built using the finest Rath Gibson 304L 18 gauge material utilizing all 4” through 6” radius U bends. This wide radius creates a very smooth flowing header for maximum power throughout the entire RPM range. Our flanges are CNC Machined 3/8” thick 1018 cold rolled steel. Included are machine cut, hand finished Two into One Merge Collectors. The first primary tube length on our Tri-Y competition headers are built as short as possible for your particular application, with the secondary tube length and size of the Tri-Y used to tune the power band of your competition engine along with the final merge throat size on the last two into one Merge Collector. We have had good success with the Competition Tri-Y header in many racing applications and feel that there are benefits in this type of header if you are looking to extract that last ounce of power and acceleration from you racecar.
